8 studio classes of your choice to build your confidence between sessions. We recommend Slow Flow, Flow & Restore, Flow & Meditate and Led Ashtanga (modified).
A total of 12 classes designed to help you confidently transition into regular yoga classes.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We know starting yoga can feel intimidating. That's why this series is designed to build confidence, not overwhelm. Each week builds on the last, helping you develop the skills and confidence to step into any Vinyasa I class. Before the series begins, we'll reach out to learn about your goals, answer your questions, discuss any injuries or limitations, and help you feel at home before your first class.
WEEK 1: Welcome to yoga, breathing techniques, foundational poses, studio etiquette, and what to expect in class.
WEEK 2: Sun Salutation A, moving with your breath, standing poses, and proper alignment.
WEEK 3: Balance poses, twists, gentle backbends, using props, and modifications for every body.
WEEK 4: Put it all together with a complete beginner friendly flow, guided meditation, and a plan for continuing your yoga journey.

Absolutely! This series is designed specifically for beginners, those returning to yoga after time away, or anyone who wants to build a strong foundation before joining regular classes.

Not at all! Flexibility is something you gain through yoga, not something you need before you begin.

Because each class builds on the previous one, we encourage attending all four sessions whenever possible. If you know you'll miss a class, please let us know in advance.
