To cancel your membership, please email hello@exhale817.com with at least 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.

Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis and begin on the date of purchase.
There is a $100 early termination fee for contracts.

To avoid a $10 late cancellation fee and forfeiting your class credit, cancel at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled class.

We do not offer refunds on any classes, workshops, memberships, retreats, apparel, or merchandise.

Yes, the Exhale817 room is heated, using infrared technology to 85-99 degrees. Infrared heat promotes detoxification and blood circulation for healthy skin, increases flexibility and relieves sore muscles. We recommend you hydrate well the night before class and be prepared to sweat!

Please visit the schedule on our website to reserve a class. After signing in to your account, you’ll be able to purchase a class and book your spot.

All Single Classes, Class Packages, Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable.
All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.
