  • To cancel your membership, please email hello@exhale817.com with at least 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.

  • Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis and begin on the date of purchase.

    There is a $100 early termination fee for contracts.

  • To avoid a $10 late cancellation fee and forfeiting your class credit, cancel at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled class.

  • We do not offer refunds on any classes, workshops, memberships, retreats, apparel, or merchandise.

  • Yes, the Exhale817 room is heated, using infrared technology to 85-99 degrees. Infrared heat promotes detoxification and blood circulation for healthy skin, increases flexibility and relieves sore muscles. We recommend you hydrate well the night before class and be prepared to sweat!

  • Please visit the schedule on our website to reserve a class. After signing in to your account, you’ll be able to purchase a class and book your spot.

    Exhale817 can also be found on ClassPass and OnePass.

  • All Single Classes, Class Packages, Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable.

    All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.

  • No worries! We’ve got you covered. At Exhale817, we encourage using a non-slip mat to help you feel more stable and confident in every pose—especially in warm classes.

    Great brands like Lululemon and Liforme are known for their grip and durability.
    🧘 We also carry affordable non-slip mats for purchase—less expensive than Lulu or Liforme, but still reliable.
    🧺 Forgot your mat? Loaner mats are available to borrow until you find the one that’s right for you.
