In addition to connecting with your baby, you’ll join a supportive community of other moms-to-be, sharing this special journey together. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, our classes offer a peaceful space to move, breathe, and prepare for childbirth.
“I started coming to exhale 817 when I was 10 weeks pregnant with my daughter. Rachel was amazing and supported me all throughout my pregnancy, until I was over 40 weeks. She always made me feel welcome, comfortable and supported while still getting a good workout. I strongly believe the classes helped me have a healthy pregnancy and smooth delivery. I’m still really loving the studio postpartum. All of the teachers and classes have been great. It’s definitely one of the best studio in the area. Highly recommend for prenatal and all yogis!”

“Love to momma referred me to this wonderful prenatal yoga class! I started with Rachel in the middle of my 2nd trimester and continued up until the week of delivery! I was reluctant to try it because I had never tried yoga before. I am so glad I did! Rachel took such great care of me and made me feel comfortable. She helped me with stretches, positioning blocks if I had trouble reaching them. I looked forward every week to coming and felt so relaxed by the time I left.
