A welcoming, step-by-step breakdown of yoga essentials:

  • Foundational poses (like Down Dog, Warrior I & II, Chaturanga)

  • Safe alignment so your body feels strong, supported, and injury-free

  • Breathwork basics to help calm your mind and stay centered

  • Simple flow sequence you’ll see in most classes

  • How to modify poses based on your flexibility, strength, and comfort

  • Tips for easing into heated classes (if you choose to try them later!)
