Led ashtanga

Discover Ashtanga without the pressure of memorizing the whole sequence. In this guided, all-levels class, you’ll move through a modified Primary Series with a few Second Series poses sprinkled in — all led step-by-step by your teacher. Expect a strengthening, flowing practice made more accessible and supportive than traditional self-led Ashtanga.
